Poke is raw fish served as an appetizer in Hawaiian Cuisine. Poke is the Hawaiian verb for “section” or “to slice or cut”. Increasingly popular ahi poke is generally made with yellow fin tuna. Adaptations may feature raw salmon or various shellfish as a main ingredient served raw with common “poke” seasoning. At poke tea house we serve slightly different version of poke which combines a little of our creations and ideas.
